Something in my cart has now sold out, is this due to a glitch?

See something you like? Add it to your cart, and check out ASAP to avoid disappointment. Unlike other webstores we don’t have a huge inventory of duplicate items, Nifty stocks vintage which just so happens to be super unique and more than likely a one-off piece so please don’t dilly-dally when purchasing, you’re fast or you're last when it comes to vintage!


A single item I wanted also sold to someone else? How is that possible?

In some rare cases a single item can be purchased by 2 customers who check out at the same or close-to the same time. What a silly website glitch hey? It is completely out of our hands and is an unfortunate flaw with our ecommerce provider. In this case we will sell to the customer who’s notification came through first and will have to refund the second customer, first in first served. Although this is highly unlikely we have prepared these steps to take in case the impossible were to happen. 

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes, bank transfer is available. Simply add your items to your cart and head to check out, select ‘bank transfer’ and then check out -from there you will be directed to the order confirmation page where the payment instructions will be available. If you for some reason close this tab before reading the payment instructions you can find them in your email by clicking ‘view your order’. Your order will be processed once payment has cleared.

How can I be sure the item I want to purchase isn’t in obvious worn condition?

At Little Nifty we carefully select each item to ensure they are of good quality. Due to the nature of preloved items though especially vintage that has been around for donkeys years some items may have needed small repairs or have minor problems which don’t take away from the beauty of the piece -if it’s in the Nifty shop it means it was too good/rare not to snap up!

You can trust that any obvious flaw or major repair will be disclosed in the description of an item so please read descriptions thoroughly as we do not accept returns or refunds at this stage. 


Also, please be mindful that these items have had a previous life and may not be in absolute brand new condition, some flaws may have passed inspection due to being tiny or hardly noticeable although we do our best to disclose everything. 


I have an issue with my order, how do I get in contact?

Do not hesitate to get in contact if you would like to leave some feedback, ask a question or need help remedying an issue, simply use the ‘Contact Us’ page, fill out the form and we will do our best to ensure shopping with Nifty runs as smooth and stress-free as possible.


My item hasn’t arrived yet can you give me an update on delivery?

After we have packaged your item ready for shipping we will send you a link via email to track your parcels delivery. The link sent and visible to you is exactly the same information we have on this end, if there are any issues or you have a query best to get in contact with the courier company directly as only you can provide the best and more accurate information to make sure your item is delivered. If you need assistance with a claim that requires information from our end let us know and we’ll be in touch as soon as possible. 


I’m after a specific item but can’t find it in your shop?

At Nifty we are constantly sourcing new stock and have quite a bit waiting to be listed so get in touch as we may just have what you need or are more than happy to keep an eye out for that special piece when sourcing.
